BRYANNE KLEINERT
Bryanne Kleinert has over 15 years of experience playing the oboe. She received a Bachelors and Masters degree in oboe performance at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. While there she studied under Minnesota Orchestra Principal Oboist, John Snow. In college, Bryanne participated in the university wind ensemble, orchestra, and performed as a pit musician for the opera productions.
Currently, Bryanne regularly plays second oboe with the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra in Minneapolis, MN. She has also performed with the Kenwood Symphony, St. Cloud Symphony, and Twin Cities Fringe Opera. Some of her performances have included, principal oboe on Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker” and “Sleeping Beauty” with the Metropolitan Ballet along with performing second oboe with multiple premieres and commissions with the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra.
Bryanne has been teaching oboe and English horn for ten years. Her students have participated in the Minnesota All-State ensembles, multiple honor bands, summer youth orchestra programs, along with being in the top ensembles at their school.
